Knowing the audience of a media communication is vital. This client explained that the main decision makers regarding family health are usually the mothers in the household. With that in mind, we crafted a TV commercial around visual storytelling with a female protagonist. Diversity plays a major role in many messages which can make a narrative difficult, especially in a limited time.
This is a perfect illustration of how info-graphics can reflect a character without being exclusive of anyone. Our pink protagonist could be of any ethnicity, religion or national origin. Often, storytelling is verbal and has names and dialogue, but this spot told the story almost exclusively in the images while the narration delivered the important information.
